It’s the big day! Your guests have saved the date, responded to your invitation and now they are arriving at your ceremony. In order to ensure that your guests know what the elements of your ceremony are they are going to need a program. We work with you to help create a program that is in keeping with the feel we started all the way back at the save the date card. We can include the order of ceremony, your wedding party, your family members and remembrances. Anything that you would like your guests to know will be included here. You may also be adding details such as seating or direction signs, paper flowers to your pews, and even fun toss confetti (petals, etc.) for a grand exit once you say “I DO”!
Then it is off to the reception where you and your guests will celebrate the beginning of this new life together! Cocktails, dinner and dancing or just an easy brunch may be part of your big day. To get your guests to their seats we will create escort cards or a seating chart. This way each guest will know they were thought of. Your tables will need to be named or numbered to correspond with the escort cards you have provided. We will help you make this little item a fun detail, not to be missed. You may also want to include a menu for each guest to savor before your meal begins. Will you have fun facts on the tables so each guests can get to know who you are together? What about labels for your sweets table and fun favors for your guests to take home at the end of the evening? There are so many details that can be a part of your reception it will be important to work together to create an amazing big picture from all of these little details! You may even need some chair signs, just so no one steals your seat!
